Another of the administration's achievements was to address the cities water problems with a proposal for a new water system that would address the cities present and future needs.
The Council held public hearings and listened to citizens in support and opposition to a new water system.
After spirited hearings, the City negotiated a proposal for a new Water Bond and then put it to the voters for an advisory vote.
The community responded with another unpresidented vote of approval.
